The Stano Bustos Memorial Foundation is another shining example of people helping people. In our community we lost one of our greatest citizens. He was a single guy who always put his community first, he loved where he lived and the people who lived in the community. He helped raise the youth even though he didn’t have children of his own. He gave of his time to teach skiing to the kids, always was first on the scene at a benefit or fund raiser. The Stano Bustos Memorial Foundation was established to keep his memory alive and what he stood for. The Foundation raises funds to give back to the community through scholarships for the kids, boys and girls club, funeral expenses for victims, child services, hospital foundation, ski programs and many other community needs. The 2009 Event will take place this July 25th at Bueg’s Riding Arena in Red Lodge, Montana and will feature a premier regional band Billy Waldo and the Flying Grizzlies with opening act to be determined.
